The Tang Nano 9K, powered by Gowin’s GW1NR-9 FPGA chip, is a versatile and feature-rich development board. It features several often used connectors, including HDMI, RGB screen, and SPI screen interfaces, as well as a 32Mbit SPI flash and six LEDs. It has 8640 LUT4 logic units, an onboard 27MHz clock, and 2 PLLs meaning, as well as basic FPGA designs, it can also be used for full risc-v softcore such as PicoRV. It features 9K logic elements (LEs) and offers various peripherals for versatile applications. 6480 registers (FF), 17280 bits of Shadow SRAM, and 468K bits of Block SRAM (BSRAM), with 26 B-SRAMs. 608K bits of user flash and 64M bits of SDR SDRAM. 20 18 x 18 Multipliers and a 32M-bit SPI FLASH. The Onboard BL702 chip provides USB-JTAG and USB-UART functions for GW1NR-9. 2 PLLs and supports HDMI interface, SPI screen interface, and RGB screen interface for display. The board supports various interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIO, providing flexibility for different projects. IO: Supports 4mA, 8mA, 16mA, and 24mA other driving capabilities, and provides independent Bus Keeper, pull-up/pull-down resistors, and Open Drain output options for each I/O.
